Key Responsibilities:

– Lead and manage full-stack development projects from prototype to deployment

– Lead automation and integration initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and streamline processes.

-Collaborate with product management and other stakeholders to define product vision, roadmap, and requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

– Help plan and create new features and offerings.

– Oversee and contribute to the development of web applications and iOS mobile application.

– Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope

– Implement best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.

– Mentor and guide developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.

– Utilize Agile methodologies and project management tools to manage project timelines and deliverables.

– Make high-impact decisions and provide strategic direction to the development team.
