We build and deploy advanced applications based on WP and are in need of an experienced full-stack PHP WordPress developer to join our team on a part or full-time basis. Your primary role will be plugin and PHP-level website and application (for example LMS, intranets, etc) development with WordPress.

We’re looking for a self-directed individual who has experience with core technologies that power WordPress (training will be provided on individual project needs) and can work in a team environment to deploy and troubleshoot custom functionality within our WordPress projects.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable with standard WordPress development best practices and will be able to assist our dev team as they work to build out custom solutions for our customers.

Top priorities/skills are:

– Part or full-time availability (20+ hours/week)
– English as a first (or at least fluent) language
– Available via text and video chat to discuss projects in real-time
– Experience with PHP-level WordPress development including building of custom plugins
– Time zone/availability within 1 hour (either direction) of central time zone (GMT-5/6) to facilitate timely interaction with our existing US-based team members.
– Additional opportunities for work are available if you have server admin experience
– Independent freelancers only. No agencies, no exceptions.
– Initial workload is estimated at 30-40 hours/week but can be expanded after establishing a successful partnership with the selected applicant.
