We are building a SaaS CRM specifically for relationship matchmakers (picture The Millionaire Matchmaker, or Indian Matchmaking). We have an existing application that was custom built and has been used for 7 years to run a single matchmaker’s business, but many other matchmakers have expressed interest in using this for their highly successful business.

About 80% of the work is complete to go to market by April 1st, and we’d like to find an engineer that can come on as a contractor, and potentially move to full time. We’d like to start someone off with part time hours (10-15 hours per week).

## Must haves:
– Self-sufficient and experienced full stack Laravel engineer
– Adjacent time zones to Los Angeles
– Great hygiene with commit messages and PRs
– Follow OOD, strong typing
– Self sufficient with Tailwind
– Test driven development

## What to expect:
– Weekly checkin meetings
– Working closely with lead engineer
– Async communication
– Jira for task assignment, tracking and contextual task communication

## Interview process
– Short Zoom call with lead engineer
– Sample code to share for vetting
– Final call with matchmaker before starting engagement
