The Role & What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Full Stack Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in our team, contributing to the development and deployment of impactful features. Your expertise in both backend and frontend development, especially with Ruby on Rails, will be crucial. We are looking for a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, ready to deliver innovative solutions with speed and precision.
Design, implement, and deliver software features with end-to-end ownership, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to create meaningful and measurable impacts across our products and operations.
Take full ownership of business-critical components, ensuring their stability, scalability, and maintainability.
Embrace clean architecture and design patterns, advocate for and implement test-driven development to produce reliable and maintainable code.

Ideally, You’ll Be:

Experienced in Ruby on Rails with a solid track record in developing and deploying real-life applications to production environments.
Proficient in clean architecture, design patterns and test-driven development.
Experienced or have some exposure with the following:
– Experience with frontend framework React, Python
– PostgreSQL experience
– Familiarity with code lifecycle management: Gitflow, branches, pull requests, code reviews, etc;
– Familiarity with sprint project management tools: Asana, JIRA etc.
– OpenAI GPT-4 and other LLMs
– GitHub frameworks
– AWS and Multicloud/Google Cloud.
