I need an experienced full stack web developer with knowledge of MongoDB.  You will be working with geolocation data, writing APIs and developing frontend to display the data in different views, including clustered map view (using Google maps), bar diagrams and tables. Total amount of elements displaying data is five:
1) map
2) two bar charts
3) calendar view
4) table

Mockup views for the elements and pages are in place. There will be six pages, two of them are very simple and basic. Please see the list of pages attached.

There are some core APIs in place, you will need to build more APIs to display the data and manage the app functionality (like roles, etc) . I have no preference for the frontend framework, possible candidates are React or VueJS. The preferred backend framework is Flask.

The solution will be running on Azure web apps and functions, I will help you to learn it. The project code name is WIMS, please mention the name when replying with your proposal. No AI generated responses please.
