We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer who has experience working with the Descript.com API, GoHighLevel API, and Retool database management to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will be tasked with developing a sophisticated system that automates the creation and distribution of personalized videos for our CRM leads, streamlining our engagement and conversion processes.

Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement an automated system that creates personalized videos by overdubbing the lead’s first name using the Descript API.
– Integrate with our CRM (with API capabilities) to fetch lead details and upload the personalized videos to our CRM media content.
– Utilize the GoHighLevel API to create and manage sites for each lead, customizing the site path and title with the client’s first name and ensuring media replacement for personalized engagement.
– Design and manage a Retool database to store and retrieve data such as GoHighLevel Agency Name, type of lead, Descript video link, site duplication requirements, message templates, and processing delays.
– Implement logic to avoid redundancy in video creation for leads with previously created personalized videos.
– Develop a system to automatically generate trigger links in GoHighLevel for the personalized site, and send SMS and email notifications to the clients with customized messages that include their first name and the trigger URL.
– Ensure the software’s adaptability to manage different types of leads such as "Booked Calls," "Qualified but not Booked," "Disqualified," etc.
– Work closely with the team to identify and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the development and implementation phases.
– Continuously evaluate and improve the system for efficiency, scalability, and performance.

Requirements:

– Proven experience with Descript.com API, GoHighLevel API, and knowledge of Retool database management.
– Strong proficiency in programming languages and frameworks suitable for API integration and automation (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Node.js).
– Experience in developing and managing databases, with a preference for those familiar with Retool.
– Ability to design and implement efficient, scalable systems for data processing and automation.
– Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently on complex projects.
– Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
– Familiarity with CRM systems and their API capabilities.
– Passion for innovation and staying updated with the latest technologies and trends in automation and personalized marketing.
