We are seeking a skilled Full-Stack Developer with experience in AI and machine learning to join our team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing a scalable survey platform from the ground up. This role requires a blend of front-end and back-end development skills, along with a strong understanding of AI methodologies to integrate intelligent features into our product.

Responsibilities
Development: Design and implement scalable and secure features for the survey platform using Node.js, React, and Python.
AI Integration: Utilize AI and ML techniques to build features like automated survey generation, sentiment analysis, and data insight visualization.
Database Management: Manage databases with PostgreSQL, ensuring data integrity and performance.
Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure the application is user-friendly and meets the aesthetic and functional standards.
Testing and Deployment: Write robust code with comprehensive unit tests and manage deployment using Docker and AWS services.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest trends in technology and introduce innovations that can enhance the platform’s capabilities.

Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years of experience in full-stack development, with a proven track record in React, Node.js, and Python.
AI/ML Skills: Experience with NLP, TensorFlow, or PyTorch and a strong understanding of machine learning principles.
Database Skills: Proficiency in PostgreSQL or similar relational database management systems.
Familiarity with Cloud Services: Experience with AWS cloud services like EC2, RDS, and S3.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Hourly Range: $3.00-$12.00
