We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team on a contract basis. You will be responsible for working on a diverse range of projects, from serving our AI retainer clients, to contributing to the development of the front-end and back-end of our internally created apps.

Additionally, you will be managing tasks, deadlines, and sprints using project management tools, primarily Asana.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. Develop high-quality, well-structured, and reusable code for various projects and applications.
2. Work on both front-end and back-end components, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
3. Utilize project management tools, primarily Asana, to manage tasks and communicate with team members.
4. Participate in code reviews to maintain the quality and efficiency of our codebase.
5. Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our solutions remain relevant and competitive.

**Requirements:**

1. 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, especially in a startup environment
2. Exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
3. Proven expertise in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as extensive experience with modern JavaScript+ frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js).
4. Advanced experience with back-end development, including Node.js, and frameworks like Next.js, Express.
5. Superior verbal and written English skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively.
6. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive mindset and the ability to anticipate and address potential issues before they arise.

**Advantageous to have:**

1. Experience using the OpenAI API or similar AI tooling
2. Strong understanding of building scalable and maintainable solutions.
3. Painfully high levels of ambition
