We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Developer to create a web platform that allows a single individual to list and manage properties for booking. This platform will be similar to Airbnb but with a more streamlined approach, focusing on ease of use and secure transactions.

Project Delivery:

The project will be delivered in two parts:

Frontend Development: Creating a responsive and intuitive user interface where the single user can list properties and where visitors can browse, search, and book properties.

Backend Development: Implementing a robust backend system to manage property listings, bookings, user data, and payments securely.

Responsibilities:

Frontend Development:

Develop a responsive and user-friendly interface using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular.

  – Implement a search and filtering system for visitors to easily find properties.
  – Ensure the frontend is optimized for performance and accessibility.

Backend Development:
  – Implement a backend system to handle property listings, booking processes, and user data management.
  – Integrate a secure payment gateway (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) for transactions.
  – Develop an admin panel for managing site operations, bookings, and payments.
  – Ensure the backend is secure, scalable, and capable of handling high traffic.

– Provide ongoing maintenance, updates, and support as needed.

Requirements:

– Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer, with a portfolio of similar web applications.
– Proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular.
– Strong backend development skills using Node.js, Ruby on Rails, Django, or similar technologies.
– Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL.
– Knowledge of secure payment gateway integration (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
– Understanding of web security best practices and data protection.
– Experience with cloud hosting platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results on time.

Hourly Range: $15.00-$20.00
