I am seeking a skilled Full-Stack Developer to join my team and develop a comprehensive Permit Tracking System. The ideal candidate will have experience in building web applications and be proficient in front-end and back-end technologies.

Project Description:
The Permit Tracking System will allow managers to view all properties under their responsibility, assign technicians to property locations, and manage users associated with each lot. The system will provide a user-friendly interface for tracking and managing permit information, generating reports, and handling towing transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
– Design and develop a robust and scalable Permit Tracking System
– Implement features such as property management, user management, permit tracking, and reporting
– Create intuitive user interfaces for different user roles (Admin, Manager, Technician, User)
– Integrate search functionality to allow searching for users based on various criteria
– Develop a transaction module to track and manage towing information
– Ensure data security and privacy throughout the system
– Collaborate with the team to gather requirements, provide estimates, and deliver high-quality code

Required Skills:
– Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
– Experience with modern front-end frameworks like React or Angular
– Solid understanding of back-end technologies, preferably Node.js or Python
– Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB)
– Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services
– Experience with version control systems, preferably Git
– Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
– Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment

Desired Qualifications:
– 3+ years of experience in full-stack web development
– Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure and DevOps
– Familiarity with testing frameworks and writing unit tests
