Job Description:
As a Full Stack Developer at our AI EdTech startup, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our SaaS platform. You will work closely with our product and AI teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions. This is a long-term opportunity requiring a full-time commitment and adherence to agile methodologies with daily standups and demos.

Key Responsibilities:
– Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
– Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
– Implement security and data protection measures.
– Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications.
– Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
– Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
– Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
– Participate in agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
– Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Technical Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a strong portfolio of SaaS projects.
– Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
– In-depth knowledge of the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
– Experience with RESTful API design and implementation.
– Experience with CI/CD tools and practices.
– Proficiency in deploying applications on cloud platforms like Heroku and AWS.
– Knowledge of database design, management, and optimization (MongoDB, SQL, etc.).
– Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.
– Experience with version control systems (Git).
– Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
– Experience with testing frameworks and tools (Jest, Mocha, Chai, etc.).
– Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

– Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

Hourly Range: $5.00-$10.00
