The candidate we’re hiring will have strong front end and back end development skills. Be able to work 40-50 hours a week to meet deadlines. Writes clean, efficient code.

We need someone who works fast, has high standards, and lots of integrity. Most importantly, we need someone who is agile, who can balance big feature launches with smaller day to day requests.

This is 100% a contract to hire opportunity, and might even include equity in the company if you can prove yourself.

You MUST have positive reviews on Upwork. No agencies, we are looking to work directly with the developer. You MUST be able to provide references. You MUST be able to meet daily with the founder of MegaCharts to make sure everything is on the right path.
