Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Full-Stack Developer to build a comprehensive real estate sales platform. This role involves creating a robust database for real estate listings, developing an API for accessing the database, and integrating this database with a customer-facing website. The ideal candidate will be able to utilize much of the code and logic from our existing rental website to accelerate the development process.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement a scalable database for real estate listings that can be efficiently accessed and managed by agents.

Develop an API for the database to facilitate real-time data exchange between the database and the website.

Create a dynamic, user-friendly website for customers to browse property listings, which pulls data from the database through the API.

Ensure the website and database system are fully responsive and optimized for performance.

Collaborate with our IT and design teams to integrate the sales platform with our existing rental website, ensuring a cohesive user experience.

Implement security measures to protect data and user privacy.
Provide technical support and updates as needed.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer with a strong portfolio in web development and API integration.
Proficient in front-end technologies (e.g., HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) and frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).

Expertise in server-side languages (e.g., Python, Ruby, Java, PHP) and database technology (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).

Experience in developing real estate platforms or similar projects is highly desirable.
