We’re seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to enhance our existing construction management software by implementing multi-user functionality, robust data saving capabilities, and integrating it with our website (empowerbuilding.ai).
Project Scope:

Transform our single-user Flask application into a multi-user web application
Implement secure user authentication and authorization
Design and implement a database system for persistent data storage
Create API endpoints for CRUD operations
Integrate the application with our existing website at empowerbuilding.ai
Ensure data security and implement HTTPS
Optimize for performance and scalability

Required Skills:

Strong proficiency in Python and Flask framework
Experience with frontend technologies (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3)
Expertise in database design and management (preferably PostgreSQL)
Proficiency with ORM tools, particularly SQLAlchemy
Experience implementing secure authentication systems (e.g., JWT, OAuth)
Knowledge of RESTful API design and implementation
Familiarity with cloud deployment (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure)
Strong understanding of web security best practices
Experience with version control (Git)

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience integrating standalone applications with existing websites
Familiarity with construction or project management software
Knowledge of scalable architecture design
Experience with Docker containerization and CI/CD pipelines

Deliverables:

Secure multi-user authentication system
Database schema and implementation
API endpoints for data operations
Integration with empowerbuilding.ai website
Deployment of the application on a cloud platform
Documentation for the system architecture and API
