Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced full-stack developer to create a web-based email outreach automation tool similar to Instantly.io. This tool will assist in finding, verifying, and managing email addresses, as well as automating email outreach campaigns with tracking and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop a robust email finding and verification system using web scraping and API integrations.
Set up and manage email sending functionality via SMTP servers or third-party services (e.g., SendGrid, Mailgun).
Implement open and click tracking for emails using tracking pixels and unique URLs.
Create a user-friendly frontend interface for managing email lists, campaigns, and viewing analytics.
Develop a backend system to handle user authentication, data storage, and campaign management.
Ensure thorough testing and debugging of the application.
Deploy the application on a cloud platform (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Heroku).

Required Skills:

Proficient in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a modern JavaScript framework (React, Vue.js, or Angular).
Proficient in back-end technologies: Node.js, Django, Flask, or similar.
Experience with web scraping tools such as BeautifulSoup or Scrapy.
Experience with email protocols (SMTP, IMAP) and email verification methods.
Familiarity with API integrations for email finding services (e.g., Hunter.io, Clearbit).
Experience with email sending services (SendGrid, Mailgun, Amazon SES).
Knowledge of database management (SQL/NoSQL).
Experience with cloud platforms for deployment (AWS, Google Cloud, Heroku).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience developing email outreach or CRM tools.
Familiarity with automated email marketing tools and best practices.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Good communication skills for remote collaboration.

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rate of $7 per hour.

Milestone 1: Email Lead Integration (40 hours)

Develop a robust email finding and verification system using web scraping and API integrations.

Testing and validation of email finding and verification functionalities.

Milestone 2: Email Outreach and Warmup Integration (45 hours)

Set up and manage email sending functionality via SMTP servers or third-party services (e.g., SendGrid, Mailgun).
Develop a system to handle email templates and scheduling.
Implement email warmup integration to ensure deliverability.
Implement open and click tracking for emails using tracking pixels and unique URLs.
Testing and validation of email outreach and warmup functionalities.

Milestone 3: Complete Project (40 hours)

Develop a user-friendly frontend interface for managing email lists, campaigns, and viewing analytics.
Implement the backend to handle user authentication, data storage, and campaign management.
Ensure thorough testing and debugging of the entire application.
Deploy the application on a cloud platform (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Heroku).
Final validation and acceptance testing.
