We would like to create a custom web based app for creating construction estimates.  The basis of design is a MS Excel Workbook that we currently use and is attached here for reference.  The design and UI experience is important.  We and would like to create a visual model and/or wire frame as part of the development process.  This app would be hosted by us either on our website or on our MS SharePoint platform where we keep our estimating folders.

Hourly Range: $25.00-$50.00
