Looking for a full stack web developer with HIPPA understanding to build a web portal for patients who’ve signed up for clinical studies.

Portal should connect to APIs to be able to send out emails, SMS, and create dynamic landing pages for new studies.

Front end will be designed and mocked up using boostrap HTML and CSS. The web developer should be able to turn this code/design into a working application.

Ideally the candidate will be able to implement and leverage AI technologies such as chatbots, ai images, and other dynamic creative.

Hourly Range: $8.00-$12.00
