Rifbid is an innovative AI-powered e-procurement platform designed to revolutionize how government agencies and suppliers connect and collaborate. Our platform aims to streamline the government procurement process, enabling faster, more transparent transactions and reducing bureaucratic overhead. We are currently in the MVP phase, focused on enhancing the buyer side of our platform, used by government agencies.

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to lead the development of the government side of our Rifbid platform. This role involves building a scalable, secure, and user-friendly MVP that meets the specific needs of government procurement processes. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping the future of government contracting and may have the opportunity to transition into the role of Chief Technology Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

-Develop and implement the front-end and back-end of the Rifbid government-side MVP.
-Work closely with the product and design teams to ensure the platform aligns with user needs and company standards.
-Integrate various government procurement functionalities including solicitation, proposal evaluation, awarding, and payment processes.
-Implement secure, robust authentication and data protection mechanisms.
-Prepare technical documentation and assist in the development of end-user guides.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

-Proficiency in JavaScript, React, Node.js, and MongoDB.
-Experience in building secure web applications and understanding of encryption and compliance standards.
-Strong understanding of user experience design and the ability to implement high-quality UI/UX.
-Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
-Strong communication skills and proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Experience:

-Experience in government contracting or procurement platforms.
-Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in web development.
-Experience in managing full lifecycle software development projects.
