We are seeking a highly skilled and professional agency to take over the complete management of our established marketplace and white label online store ( https://marketplace.kondarsoft.com/en/products ) . This platform is designed to sell a variety of products and services on a global scale, catering to both B2B and B2C sectors.
Responsibilities:
• Programming: Handle all backend and frontend programming updates, ensure system scalability, and integrate new features as required.
• Design: Update and refine the user interface and experience to enhance customer interaction and satisfaction.
• Marketing: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, content creation, and social media outreach to increase brand visibility and sales.
• Sales: Implement innovative sales strategies and manage customer relations to boost conversion rates and achieve sales targets including negotiating and closing sales.
• Customer service: Handle all the after sales aspects without exceptions.
Requirements:
• Proven track record of managing similar platforms with verifiable results.
• Strong portfolio in e-commerce development, digital marketing, and sales strategy.
• Expertise in LAMP stack (PHP programming language) and design tools.
• Ability to work across different time zones. Especially programming must be during Vancouver, BC, Canada time zone
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.
Compensation:
• Hourly wage plus a lucrative revenue sharing structure based on performance.
• Compensation is negotiable based on experience and past performance against KPIs.
KPIs:
Performance will be measured against key metrics including, but not limited to:
• Able to generate at least 500 CAD a month from all the managed white label online stores.
• Website traffic growth
• Conversion rate improvement
• Sales targets (4 new paying clients a month at least).
• Customer satisfaction and retention rates (negotiable).
