We are looking to develop a relationship with a frontend html, css, and jQuery developer. We will create milestones for each project. These milestones will include Adobe design files to be converted to html, css, and jQuery. The specifications of each design file must be kept to exact dimensions. Most designs will include both mobile and desktop versions. Again, these multiple versions must maintain their original dimensions.

Standards:

Each completed static html, css, and jQuery component must conform to the standards listed below.

HTML5
Standard CSS, no SCSS or other frameworks
Media queries are acceptable for responsive design
jQuery must be used for all JavaScript applications
jQuery must be wrapped in (function($))
No third party jQuery libraries are allowed without approval
Link href attributes will be populated with #, unless they are designated as Ajax functions

Caching:

All html components must be able to be cached using CDN’s. This means that some content which is dynamic will be propagated using Ajax. In these cases, we will identify this content as “dynamic”. A jQuery function will be required to execute on page load or page scroll. The format of the Ajax request and response data will be described in each specific milestone.

Testing:

HTML, CSS, jQuery components must be tested in industry standard browsers using a full page html wrapper. JavaScript (jQuery) files must be placed in the footer of the test page. CSS will be placed in the document head tag.

Delivery:

Each design component will be delivered as separate html pages, similar to those used for testing. Sub folders are not required for JS and CSS files. jQuery and CSS files will not be minified.

Hourly Range: $15.00-$30.00
