We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Front-End QA Tester / Scrum Master to join our engineering team. In this dual-role position, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our front-end applications through rigorous testing, as well as facilitating agile processes as a Scrum Master to maintain project momentum. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for improving user experience, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

QA Testing:
Plan, design, and execute test plans and test cases for our front-end applications, with a focus on identifying bugs, performance issues, and usability problems.

–   Use manual and automated testing tools to conduct tests.
–   Report bugs and issues effectively using issue tracking tools.
–   Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured tickets for developers.
–   Work closely with the development team to ensure issues are resolved.
–   Continuously update test plans and cases to reflect product changes and updates.

Scrum Master:
–   Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
–   Ensure the Scrum framework is followed and help the team understand Scrum theory, practices, rules, and values.
–   Assist in removing impediments to the team’s progress.
–   Promote self-organization within the team and enhance team productivity.
–   Work closely with Product Owners to refine and maintain the product backlog.

Qualifications:
–   Proven experience as a QA Tester, with a strong understanding of testing front-end applications.
–   Experience in a Scrum Master role with a solid understanding of agile methodologies.
–   Proficient in bug tracking and agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
–   Familiarity with automated testing tools (Selenium)
–   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
–   Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Hourly Range: $7.00-$15.00
