As a Front End Flutter Developer within our core Engineering team, you will:

1. Develop and maintain a robust and scalable mobile application using Flutter, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to user interactions.
2. Collaborate with designers and backend engineers to create seamless and intuitive user experiences with features like snappy transitions between screens, streaming responses, media uploading, and pixel-perfect design implementation.
3. Ensure the application is responsive across multiple screens and works flawlessly on both iOS and Android platforms.
4. Implement and maintain code version control using Git, ensuring efficient team collaboration and version tracking.
5. Participate in the ongoing development and maintenance of internal tools to support our operations and partners, enhancing their productivity and operational capabilities.
6. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications, addressing any scalability and performance issues.

## **Required Qualifications**

– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
– Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in front-end development, specifically with Flutter.
– Proficient understanding of mobile development best practices and Flutter framework.
– Experience with Git for version control and collaborative coding.
– Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

## **Preferred Qualifications**

– Experience with Firebase, including push notifications and real-time data updates.
– Prior experience in developing AI-based chat applications or similar interactive mobile apps.
– Knowledge of backend technologies and API integration, particularly with RESTful services.
– Understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles and ability to collaborate closely with design teams.
– Experience with other mobile development frameworks like React Native is a bonus.
– Familiarity with multi-screen responsiveness and ensuring applications work seamlessly across various devices.
