Build a Bootstrap project with a cross-platform layout based on the graphics of an existing WPF project. The new graphics must be based as much as possible on the style of the images provided and must adapt to the following platforms (window, web, tablet and smartphone). The Boostrap project will have an example of flyout control, drop down control and login / logout page.
After the hourly estimate the project will be managed as a fixed contract.

Hourly Range: $5.00-$25.00
