We are looking for a talented freelance UX/UI designer to collaborate on an exciting project for a real estate agent. The project involves creating a vibrant and user-friendly website that captures the essence of spring and summer, perfectly aligning with the lively nature of the properties being showcased.

Project Overview:
– Website Purpose: Real estate agent’s website.
– Pages Required:
    – Landing page
    – Listings page (and each listing will have their page based on a common template page)
    – Adjacent pages (T&Cs, Privacy Policy, etc.)

– Design Requirements:
    – Colors: Emphasis on lively, bright colors reminiscent of spring and summer. Avoid dark, oppressive tones.
    – Map Integration: The landing page will feature a map of the city center, showing the approximate locations of central properties. The map design must be in harmony with the overall website aesthetic.

– Framework: The website structure has already been confirmed. Your role will be to bring it to life with your creative touch.

What We’re Looking For:
– Creativity & Experience: Proven experience in UX/UI design, particularly in creating visually complex designs.
– Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure that all design elements, including the map, are cohesive and align with the overall theme.
– Freelancers Only: We are looking to hire individual freelancers for this project. Agencies, please do not apply.

Responsibilities:
– Utilise existing moodboard and design brief to create a style-guide;
– Contribute to the existing moodboard with additional elements; 
– Study site examples and propose wireframes;
– Create interactive prototypes for every page;

You will be working on a European timezone, along with a project manager.

We’re looking for someone with a minimum availability of 20 hours per week.
