We are seeking an experienced Product Manager (PM) with a strong background in SaaS product development to help us define the requirements and scope for a new tool aimed at improving one-on-one meetings and management processes within teams. This tool will be a core component of a broader platform designed to enhance team leadership and employee management.

Requirements Gathering:

🔸️Translate business needs into detailed product requirements, focusing on the primary functionalities of the one-on-one meeting tool.
🔸️Identify and document user personas, use cases, and user stories that will drive the development of the MVP (Minimum Viable Product).

Scope Definition:

🔸️Prioritize features and functionalities to create a clear and actionable MVP scope.
🔸️Work closely with stakeholders to align on the scope, ensuring it balances business needs with technical feasibility.

Documentation:

🔸️Create a comprehensive Product Requirement Document (PRD) that outlines the product vision, high-level functionalities, user journeys, and key metrics for success.
🔸️Develop a functional specification document to guide the UX designer and development team in subsequent phases.

Hourly Range: $27.00-$40.00
