Bond is seeking a senior level developer who is looking to join a small, fast paced, remote, team. You will help us develop and support our in-house software platform which is built on MariaDB using Frappe, a Python based server-side framework.

Bond is developing a new framework for insurance that allows licensed agent to sell and service insurance customers easily. As a developer with Bond you will be helping us revolutionize an old school industry with new ideas and technology.

This is a long term, full time (40hrs/week), contract (1099), 100% remote, position. We are a small team and are looking for someone who will grow together with us as we scale. We value having a culture built on trust and feedback, where you will be supported and empowered to succeed.

Requirements
-Provide technical advice on new features and projects
-Review, maintain, and improve existing code
-Deliver quality, stable code
-At least 5 years of Frappe experience
-Be available for meetings and planning a majority of the day on US time.
-Conversational level of English
