We would love to use WordPress here as well if possible. We have a GoDaddy domain already.

We are creating a website with sub functions – the website needs to have a forum(includes accounts((does it need to be the same account as for a shop)), categories, password recovery feature etc.) a blog, and a store/shop, zodiac(with product categories, guest check out etc) .  It needs to be mobile optimised.

We will need  CTA’s on the home page as well, chat bot, subscribe and discount button etc.

We hope to work closely together the same way we did on our initial project.  As we had discussed this already, I am sending this proposal to you directly.
