Spoony is looking for experienced and talented Flutter developers to rebuild an existing iOS app written in SwiftUI. We are looking to build a permanent, ongoing development team of Flutter developers.

The ideal developer will have a strong background in mobile development and a passion for creating high-performance, reliable, and user-friendly mobile applications. You will work closely with our product and design teams to deliver cutting-edge features and ensure seamless user experiences.

Responsibilities:

– Develop and maintain high-quality Flutter applications for Android, iOS, and Web platforms.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
– Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
– Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
– Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
– Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
– Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving our development practices.

Qualifications:

– Proven experience as a Flutter Developer with a strong portfolio of mobile applications.
– Proficiency in Dart programming language.
– Solid understanding of the full mobile development lifecycle.
– Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
– Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Flutter applications to back-end services.
– Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.
– Strong understanding of design principles, patterns, and best practices.
– Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
– Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.

Preferred Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
– Experience with other mobile development frameworks (e.g., React Native, Swift, Kotlin).
– Knowledge of cloud services, such as AWS or Firebase.
– Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
– Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

Hourly Range: $20.00-$54.00
