We are looking for a skilled Flutter developer to lead the development of three web apps and mobile applications for Android and iOS using Flutter and Firebase. The project involves creating marketplaces with a shared structure and design, featuring slight variations. Each platform will include a section where influencers can sign up and join as marketers on a commission basis (affiliate).
So you need only need to develop one platform and then duplicate it, making small changes as required.

Key Project Details:
Develop one platform with a design inspired by Airbnb, including minimal changes in search results, profiles, listed homes, and user dashboards.
Implement a manual search feature using categories, tags, and location, and explore the possibility of integrating AI for enhanced search capabilities.
Integrate a crucial feature allowing influencers to join as affiliate marketers. Sellers can activate partnerships and list offers for a commission. Approved influencers can apply, and upon seller acceptance, receive an affiliate link tracked in the dashboard.

Requirements:
Professional experience with Flutter and Firebase.
Prior experience in developing marketplace apps with affiliate marketing features.
Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles.
Ability to duplicate and make small adjustments to the developed platform for the other two.
