We are seeking a skilled Flutter Developer to join our dynamic team for the development of a cross-platform mobile application with a strong focus on engaging animations and adherence to best coding practices.

We are working on a mobile testing game for driving school students that features animations.

Responsibilities:
– Design and develop high-quality, maintainable Flutter applications for both iOS and Android platforms.
– Implement complex animations and ensure they run smoothly across different devices and OS versions.
– Collaborate with the design team to transform UI/UX designs into functional user interfaces.
– Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following Flutter’s best coding practices.
– Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.
– Test the app for usability, robustness, and general reliability.
– Maintain and update existing codebases to improve performance or address new requirements.
– Stay updated with Flutter developments and introduce new technologies or processes to enhance app quality and development efficiency.

Requirements:
– Proven experience in Flutter development with a strong portfolio showcasing completed projects, especially those featuring dynamic animations.
– In-depth understanding of Dart programming language and Flutter framework.
– Demonstrated expertise in creating complex animations using Flutter’s animation tools and libraries.
– Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Flutter applications to back-end services.
– Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle, including automated testing and building.
– Knowledge of code versioning tools (e.g., Git) and continuous integration.
– Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work with cross-functional teams.
– A passion for learning and adapting to new technologies and frameworks.

Nice-to-Have:
– Experience with state management solutions
– Background in UI/UX design principles and responsive design.
– Familiarity with other programming languages and frameworks is a plus.
