You are primarily going to work as a full stack senior developer and architect for the flagship project we have, Fleet XQ.

Fleet XQ is a Fleet Management System coupled with telematics that will soon support thousands of drivers all across the globe. It utilizes low code, IoT, and other emerging technologies to bring a reliable and scalable Fleet Management System to our customers.

The low code platform tool we use is a meta low code platform, it is self-reflective and built with itself, making it highly evolutive, and you will also work on evolving this platform for the needs of the Fleet XQ project.

Experience Required
·        At least 10 years of experience building full-stack enterprise applications
·        Proficiency in C# is essential
·        Microsoft SQL Server / SQL programming
·        Front-End Development: Mastery of front-end technologies and frameworks for building user interfaces. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a must. Knowledge of responsive design and web accessibility standards is a plus
·        Back-End Development: Expertise in building scalable and maintainable back-end services using ASP.NET Core, Web API, or other relevant technologies. Understanding of RESTful API design principles.
·        Experience in low code platforms is a bonus.
·        Cloud Services: Familiarity with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure (what we are using) or AWS for hosting and deploying applications
·        Experience with DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD pipeline
·        Proficiency with version control, specifically Git, and knowledge of branching strategies, pull requests, and code reviews.
·        Skill in writing unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality and reliability. Knowledge of testing frameworks like xUnit or NUnit is valuable
·        Ability to identify and address performance bottlenecks in both front-end and back-end components. Proficiency in tools for profiling and debugging
·        Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in cross-functional development teams.
·        A commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in .NET development.
·        Proficiency in managing package dependencies and understanding the importance of versioning in software development
·        Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to debug issues and optimize code efficiently.

Responsibilities
·        Learn and understand how to use our low code tool. Provide technical support to the team with deep understanding of how the low code tool works and troubleshoot bugs.
·        Backend work for implementing APIs needed in the Fleet XQ project.
·        Create reports via SQL and C# for Fleet XQ
·        Assist with Frontend work for Fleet XQ whenever necessary
·        Eventually reach contextual consistency with the team to act as the Lead Developer of Fleet XQ.
·        Evolve the low code platform itself, when required, to meet specific needs of the project.
