-Login issues
-Confusion with subscription-based updates and features
-Difficulty in updating website information
-Complexity in adding content
-Cumbersome updating process requiring navigation through
  multiple pages
-Challenges in ensuring web security and protection against
  hackers
-Web forms failing to alert or reach intended recipients
-Pages frequently appearing as unavailable
-Website in current form for the past six or seven year so could do
  with a different design
