We are bringing up our company’s custom silicon, and are putting a micro controller on the board.  This is ARM M0 micro controller https://www.mouser.com/datasheet/2/389/stm32l051c6-1851259.pdf
SRM32L051 chip.

This controller just provides an interface to our SoC.  On one side the uCtlr talks to our SoC, on the other side it talks over SMBus, and it also talks over QSPI.  The effort is to implement C code for those three protocols.  Pass data along among the three.
