OVERVIEW
We are building a one-stop financial solution for the customer. Currently, we are starting off with our 1st product which is lending.
In lending, we will tie up the employers. We will define a range of interest that company wants to give to their employees and out of that, we will be taking a cut.
Lets say Company ABC is giving a loan to his employee via us at interest rate of X Plus Y. X the interest rate that the employer will receive when the employee repays Y the interest rate that we will receive when the employee repays
We will create an escrow account with employer and they will transfer their funds in escrow account.
Now, the employees can ask for loan and based on their cibil score , bank Statement,credit history, we will be disbursing loans to them from the funds which the employer gave.
In this way, we can control the interest rate at which the loan is disbursed to employee, as the funds has been given by employer[not bank] for employee benefit.
Now, the employee can repay the loan and he can also, choose the option to cut from his salary as a repayment method.
There will also be a portal for employer, where he can approve/reject the loan of employee and also hindsight the details filled by employer.
