I’m looking for an expert developer who knows how to fine tune LLM’s and build a software application that can act as a co-pilot. I can explain the use case over the phone. But I want to use chatGTP 4 and I have already built a custom GPT to prove the model. But I need a more sleek interface and to build it out more.
