My business is called SOS Janitor. We provide Handy Man services to owners of residential buildings. When they have a problem(s) at one of there apartments such as plumbing, electricity, door / window…, they call us and we send one of our technicians to resolve the problem(s). One of the service i want to ad to my business is to offer my costumers a yearly inspection of there buildings and apartments. For example we can check all the common areas for problems with the doors, the lighting, the fire extinguisher… For the tenants we would inspect every room to make sure the doors and windows close properly, the floors are in good shape, the caulking around the bathtub is in good condition… I want to build a Filemaker solution for this. I have some knowledge in Filemaker, but i need help to structure the relationships and with some scripting. Here is a example of the Inspection Sheet I created to know the final result i want to achieve. I am using Filemaker Pro 19

This should give you a idea of what i want. The inspector will do the inspection with a iPad, so i will need a few PopUp windows (i guess?) to make it easier.

Here are the tables that i have created already. I am not sure about my relationships. I know i need Joint Tables, but that is where i get lost. I also need to see only Items related to the Categories when i select a Category.
