Position: Freelance UI/UX Figma Designer
Contract Type: Project-based
Location: Remote
Key Responsibilities:
User Interface Design:

Create visually stunning and intuitive user interfaces that align with project goals and user needs.
Develop and iterate on design concepts, wireframes, and prototypes.

User Experience:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and user-friendly product experience.

Figma Proficiency:
Demonstrate mastery in Figma, using it as the primary tool for design collaboration and prototyping.

Visual Design:
Develop and maintain a consistent design system, including style guides and design patterns.
Ensure a polished and cohesive visual appearance across all digital platforms.

Communication:
Effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to both design and non-design stakeholders.
Collaborate with developers to implement designs and provide necessary design assets.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
Proficiency in Figma, along with other design and prototyping tools.
Understanding of current design trends, usability principles, and accessibility standards.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
