Description
We are looking for an experienced Figma designer to assist in building out our support software service. Our platform aims to enhance user interactions and streamline support processes, and we need a talented designer to create an intuitive and visually appealing user interface.

Responsibilities
-Collaborate with our team to understand project requirements and vision.
-Design user-friendly layouts and components in Figma that align with our brand.
-Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for various pages, including:
-Dashboard
-Conversations
-Knowledge Base
-Account sections
-Implement design best practices to ensure consistency and usability.
-Provide design assets and specifications for developers.
-Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and users.

Skills Required
-Proven experience in UI/UX design, specifically using Figma.
-Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work, particularly in web or application design.
-Understanding of design principles, user-centered design, and accessibility standards.
-Ability to communicate design concepts clearly and effectively.
-Experience working in an agile environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Communication Preferences
-Clear Expectations: We value clear communication regarding project timelines, deliverables, and feedback.
-Regular Updates: We prefer regular check-ins to discuss progress and any challenges faced.
-Feedback Loop: Open to constructive feedback and willing to iterate on designs based on team input.

Hourly Range: $3.00-$7.00
