We are seeking a talented and experienced designer to join our team, focusing on creating compelling paid social ad creatives and custom landing pages for B2B SaaS companies. This full-time role is perfect for someone who thrives in a remote environment and has a knack for bringing innovative ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Design eye-catching ad creatives for platforms like LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook), X, and Reddit.
Design custom landing pages that convert visitors into customers.
Assist with creating custom graphics and workbooks for the internal team.
Utilize Figma to create high-quality design assets.
Work directly with clients, understanding their needs and communicating effectively.
Apply UX principles to ensure all designs are user-friendly.
Manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.

Qualifications:

Proficiency and depth of knowledge with Figma is essential.
Proven ability to be client-facing with excellent communication skills.
A solid understanding of UX design principles, especially as it relates to modern web design.
Strong capacity to design UI elements quickly and efficiently using styles, components, auto-layout, and other best practices. Proficiency with prototyping is a plus.
Previous experience in an agency or client-facing role is highly desirable.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and bring creative solutions to the table.
Proficiency with Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) is a plus but not a requirement.
Proficiency with no-code web development platforms such as Webflow, Wix, Bubble, UnBounce, etc. is a plus but not a requirement.
