The assisted living company is unlike what many may think of. They are are not large high rise or institutional facilities but rather single family homes in residential neighborhoods servicing the needs of 5 -8 residents in each home. This is considered private assisted living – so there is a level of elegance and grace about the clients. The website will take on 2 primary audiences.
1. The general resident care side. This will focus on those family members who maybe looking to place mom or dad into an assisted living home. This section will focus on the various homes available, the markets which the homes exist, show casing the amenities and services available. There will be a home page design, 5 primary top level pages with approximately 9 – 12 sub pages.
One of the key areas of the website redesign will be to have an easy to use home locator which will allow site visitors to quickly locate a home near their geographic area. We will need interface design for the layout of all homes, search of homes view and single home view.
2. The second section of the site will be for those interested in franchises. We are looking to have different header/footer layout for this section of the site – with its own set of navigation to pages strictly related to those business minded visitors looking to invest in an assisted living franchise. This section will have a home page, 4 top level pages and 7 sub pages.
We have flow charts for each of the sections outlined as well as creative brief which we can share with the designer selected.
