We are seeking a highly skilled FARM Stack Lead Developer with experience in working on the Azure platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the FARM (FastAPI, React, and MongoDB) stack and be able to develop and deploy applications on Azure. You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of developers, ensuring the smooth execution of projects, and delivering high-quality code within deadlines.

    Responsibilities:
    – Develop and maintain applications using the FARM stack on Azure
    – Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test software solutions
    – Lead and mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and support
    – Optimize application performance and scalability
    – Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring timely resolutions

    Requirements:
    – Proficiency in FARM stack (FastAPI, React, MongoDB)
    – Strong experience in developing and deploying applications on Azure
    – Knowledge of Azure services, such as Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Storage
    – Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker
    – Understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices
    – Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
