Iran-backed Hezbollah militant group on August 16 announced a new series of operations against Israel amid fear of Iran’s Haniyeh revenge strike. Lebanon-based Hezbollah said that its fighters carried out eight operations against Israeli military sites and soldiers in the past 24 hours.
