As our Zoho One Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring our migration from Hubspot to Zoho One is executed seamlessly, with minimal disruption to our business operations. Your expertise will be pivotal in identifying, developing, and implementing strategies to optimize our customer flow, automation, and pipelines within Zoho One. This is a dynamic role that will evolve as we deepen our understanding of Zoho’s capabilities, and we’re looking for someone who is eager to grow with us.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the migration process from Hubspot to Zoho One, ensuring a seamless transition.
• Analyze our current business processes and customer journey to identify areas for optimization within Zoho One.
• Develop and implement custom automations and workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Continuously evaluate and refine our use of Zoho One features to improve our customer flow, pipelines, and overall business operations.
• Provide strategic recommendations for leveraging Zoho One to achieve business goals, including but not limited to CRM optimization, marketing automation, and sales process improvement.
• Stay updated on Zoho One updates and features, proactively integrating new tools and functionalities into our operations.

You will have:
Proven experience with Zoho One, including migrations, system integrations, and optimizing business processes.
Strong understanding of CRM systems, preferably with hands-on experience migrating from Hubspot to Zoho One.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Solid project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.
Exceptional communication skills, capable of working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
A proactive, learning-oriented mindset, with a continuous improvement approach to business processes.
