Job Responsibilities:
WordPress Design and Development:

Design and develop custom WordPress themes and plugins.
Customize existing themes to meet client specifications.
Ensure websites are responsive, user-friendly, and optimized for SEO.
Project Management:

Collaborate with our project managers and clients to understand project requirements and deliverables.
Provide regular updates on project status and milestones.
Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget.
Technical Support and Maintenance:

Provide technical support for existing WordPress websites.
Perform regular updates and maintenance tasks to ensure website performance and security.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise.
Quality Assurance:

Conduct thorough testing to ensure website functionality and compatibility across various devices and browsers.
Implement feedback from clients and make necessary adjustments.
Requirements:
Experience and Skills:

Proven experience in WordPress design and development.
Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
Familiarity with SEO best practices and website optimization techniques.
Strong portfolio showcasing previous WordPress projects.
Communication and Collaboration:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently as needed.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Tools and Software:

Proficiency in using WordPress, including custom theme and plugin development.
Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma.
Experience with version control systems like Git is a plus.
Availability:

Must be available for ongoing projects and able to meet deadlines.
Flexibility to accommodate client meetings and project updates.
