We’re seeking a highly skilled Webflow developer to create a sophisticated, conversion-focused website for our innovative venture law firm. This is an ongoing, long-term position requiring up to 30 hours per week (Central Time Zone).

We help venture-backable founders prepare for strategic capital with the following…
1. Get Structured for Growth – Lay a solid legal groundwork for startups, propelling them toward rapid growth and success.
2. Timely Close Venture Financings – Streamline fundraising with experienced counsel, facilitating access to essential capital when it matters most.
3. Negotiate Complex Commercial Agreements – Approach intricate agreements with confidence, as we steer through complex deals to protect your interests.

Your Role:

You will design and develop a visually stunning, user-friendly website on the Webflow platform and help us point our current domain (abrahamjwilliamson.com) to the new Webflow site. Your responsibilities will include:

Creating a clean, modern design that incorporates embedded videos
Implementing seamless online booking functionality through Calendly
Ensuring compatibility with Practice Panther or Google Suite (preferred)
Maintaining and updating the website as needed
Providing a playbook for Managing Partner to add blog posts, videos, and update FAQ.

Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in website design and development using Webflow
Strong portfolio showcasing clean, modern Webflow designs
In-depth knowledge of Webflow’s design and interaction capabilities
Understanding of user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
