We are seeking a highly skilled and efficient web developer and designer duo (or individuals with both skills) to create a series of landing pages that are not only visually compelling but also equipped with advanced automation functionalities. Our goal is to enhance user engagement through personalized experiences and to optimize our sales funnel with strategic upsell, downsell, and cart abandonment sequences. Our website is hosted on Hubspot and deep familiarity with that platform is required. The ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end development processes, experience with A/B testing, and the ability to implement sophisticated automation techniques that personalize user experiences based on their journey.
Responsibilities:
· Design and develop responsive, high-converting landing pages.
· Implement auto-fill functionalities for users arriving from email campaigns.
· Set up and manage A/B testing for 2 or 3 variations of landing pages.
· Create a seamless sequence of pages based on upsell, downsell, and cart abandonment strategies.
· Integrate with email service providers (ESPs) and other marketing tools for automation purposes.
· Optimize landing pages for speed and performance across all devices.
· Ensure all development and design complies with SEO best practices and privacy regulations.
Requirements:
· Proven experience in web development and design, with a portfolio of successful landing pages.
· Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side languages as needed.
· Experience with A/B testing tools and methodologies.
· Familiarity with email marketing automation and ESP integration.
· Understanding of SEO principles and web performance optimization techniques.
· Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
