We’re a consulting company and are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UX/UI Designer to join our team on a contract basis. Our project involves the complete refactoring of an existing educational platform designed to connect students, teachers, guidance counselors, and parents. The goal is to enhance usability, improve user engagement, and ensure a seamless experience across all user interactions. Overall upgrade the entire system from top to bottom. The Client and our Technical Architect team will be working closely with you throughout this project.

Responsibilities:
– Become part of our project team to collaborate with the Technical Architect(s) and stakeholders to create the UX/UI for a software platform with multiple user roles.

Requirements:
– Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in the educational space or similar sectors.
– Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or equivalent.
– Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and a strong empathy for the end-users.
– Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and analyzing user feedback.
– Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
– Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

Hourly Range: $30.00-$80.00
