Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced consultant to provide hands-on tutoring and consulting services to one individual in our organization for rebuilding SPO (SharePoint Online) based solutions utilizing Power Automate. The ideal candidate should possess expert-level skills and experience in Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, SharePoint, and Power Platform.

Responsibilities:

– Provide personalized tutoring sessions to the individual team member, focusing on rebuilding SPO based solutions using Power Automate.
– Offer expert-level guidance and support to address specific challenges and requirements encountered during the rebuilding process.
– Assist the individual in understanding best practices and techniques for leveraging Power Automate effectively within the context of their projects.
– Collaborate closely with the individual to ensure that the solutions meet their unique business needs and objectives.
– Provide consulting services on-demand to troubleshoot issues and optimize the solutions as needed.
– Stay updated with the latest developments in Microsoft 365, Azure AD, SharePoint, and Power Platform, and share relevant insights and recommendations with the individual.
– Document key learnings, processes, and configurations to support the individual’s ongoing learning and development.

Requirements:

– Proven experience in designing and implementing SPO based solutions with Power Automate.
– Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Azure Active Directory, SharePoint, and Power Platform.
– Strong communication skills and the ability to tailor tutoring sessions to the individual’s learning style and pace.
– Ability to simplify complex technical concepts and explain them in a clear and understandable manner.
– Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Flexibility and adaptability to adjust tutoring sessions based on the individual’s progress and evolving requirements.
– Relevant certifications in Microsoft 365, Azure, or Power Platform (preferred but not required).
