Job Description:
We are a new startup targeting CEOs, CROs, and CTOs, and we’re looking for an experienced WordPress developer to create a fast, SEO-optimized website for our Data Stack services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing high-quality WordPress sites that meet rigorous performance and SEO standards.

Responsibilities:
-Develop a WordPress website using well-known, SEO-optimized themes, with customization to achieve pixel-perfect design implementation as provided by our designer.
-Optimization for Speed and SEO Deliverable: The website must achieve a Google Pagespeed score of 80+ and score 90%+ on SEO audit scores by SEMRush, this will be the acceptance criteria for delivery of the website.
-Plugin Management: Install no more than 6 plugins to optimize the website’s SEO performance without compromising site speed.
-Long-term Support: Be available for updates and changes to the website 1-2 times per month.
-Expert Hosting Recommendations: Advise on the best hosting vendors for WordPress based on extensive experience trying different hosting providers.

Requirements:
-Proven Experience: At least 6 years of experience in developing WordPress websites, with a portfolio showcasing sites with high Pagespeed and SEMRush scores.
-SEO Expertise: Deep understanding of SEO best practices and experience in creating websites that rank well.
-Design Implementation: Ability to implement designs to the pixel-perfect standard from provided design files.
-Communication Skills: Must be fluent in English and able to communicate effectively via email and Slack.
-Availability: Able to deliver the website within 7 days and provide ongoing support 1-2 times per month.
