I’m seeking an experienced python developer who is an expert web scraper.

I’m trying store a copy of a public data system locally. You will need to:
– access the webite
– locate pertinent records
– save the info to database (Sqlite will be used for the prototype)

You must be an expert in getting around common web scraping "blockers" such as Captchav2 & v3, Recaptcha, DataDome, and etc.

If you don’t understand what these are, or how to get around them, this project probably WOULD NOT be a good fit for you.

You can use any python libraries you think would be best for the job (e.g., selenium, beautiful soup, scrapy, etc)
